Ben + Shelby | Palm Springs Intimate Wedding
Sometimes, I think of the sun and the moon as lovers who rarely meet, chasing each other through the sky, always missing one another. But every once in a while they do catch up to kiss among the stars, and the world stops and stares in awe of their eclipse. These two lovers said their promises to one another as the sun set and the full moon rose, and I've never seen something so magical in my life!
It doesn't get more intimate than a secluded location in the middle of the desert, surrounded by your loving family. Sometimes the most simple things can truly be the most powerful. I personally spend a lot of time in the desert backpacking with my Husband, the silence, energy and light is something indescribable, it's a feeling that never leaves you. That's why Shelby + Ben were so drawn to this place, they wanted to be surrounded by nothing else except the mountains and sand. They balanced the natural elements with the most romantic candle lit dinner at a gorgeous property in Palm Springs. It was perfection! I'm so honored to have photographed this incredible intimate wedding - and guys, can we just stop and take a moment to talk about Shelby's dress!? Ahhhhmazing!
